Instructions for use
You may be thinking: I know all this already.
Quite possibly. Knowledge is not the problem. The problem is the distance between what you know – and what you do. Between what you wish for – and what you allow yourself.
NOFOR does not bridge that distance with theory. But with practice. With honest questions. With tools that work – if you use them.
Nobody can do it for you.
You can.
First person
The texts at NOFOR are written in the first person.
Not „you should“ or „all you have to do“. But: I. I’m doing really well. It was me I was waiting for. I stay centred.
Sometimes that sounds uncomfortably familiar. That is intentional.
You are completely centred.
Liability
NOFOR is no substitute for a doctor or a therapist.
If you notice that you need professional support – go and get it. That is not weakness. That is taking responsibility for yourself.
Female. Male. You.
It is sad that people are still considered worth less today – because of their gender, their origin, the colour of their skin. Because of all sorts of things.
Anyone who thinks that way harms themselves most of all. Because anyone who shuts out the other side lives only half a life.
At NOFOR there is a female and a male version. You choose how you want to be addressed. Every loving connection between people is of equal worth. Without exception.
And if an example doesn’t quite fit you – you know what is meant. Adapt it in your head. You can do that.
Citing sources
NOFOR doesn’t cite sources.
Not out of carelessness. But out of conviction. What matters is what is said – not who said it. A thought is no better because a famous name is attached to it.
Everything at NOFOR is a mixture of books, conversations and personal experience. Freshly blended. For you.
Diary
You need a pen and a blank notebook.
It is called the Diary of Disappointments. DoD for short.
Why disappointments? I explain that in the first chapter „01 My Journey“ in the first step „It was me I was waiting for“.
Dosage
Take your time. You don’t have to turn everything upside down at once.
Read a few lines – and let them work. A thought that settles is worth more than a chapter that is skimmed.
When you reach the end, start again from the beginning. You will see it with different eyes. You will discover something new every time.
About me

Mag. Harald Boesch. Sociologist.
Moved all his life by one question: why do people treat themselves and each other the way they do?
NOFOR is the answer to that. Not as theory. As lived practice.
Leaving the world a little better. That is the drive. NOFOR is the tool.
Join in.
